To start the
evening off right, upon
arriving
our Cellar
Club Members will be able
to Select Their Favorite Bottle of Wine
for us to uncork and
enjoy for the evening of
Fun,
Great
Food, and Live Music.

Uwharrie Vineyards ~ Chef's Dinner Evening
Our Chef will be preparing the special meal for that
evening
that will begin with a fresh Wedge Salad,
blended with
fresh herbs, cucumber, red onion,
tomato,
parmesan cheese, and vinaigrette.
The
chef's main entrée will be a 10oz Pork Chop,
French Bone In, Grilled and Roasted, and
Marinated in Port Wine. This will be served with
Green
Bean Almandine. Herb Covered and Toasted in
Olive
Oil, Lemon Juice, and Sliced Almonds.
This
will accompany Roasted Red Potatoes.
What better way to
celebrate the Summer Season than
with the
dessert of a Sponge Cake, topped with
Fresh
Strawberries and Cinnamon Whipped Cream.

needs,
Pan
Seared Chicken Marsala will be available as an
alternative food selection, so
just let us know upon
making the reservation.
