Description:
Cold fermented, full bodied, and fruit forward. This wine is nice

and soft yet dry and reserved with berry and spiced overtones.

A large personal favorite among many with all different taste buds.

Best Paired With:
A great pairing with almost everything. Try it with marinated

Caribbean poultry or spiced pork tenderloin fresh off the grill

during the next social get together.

A great dry red that won't over power your fish and salads.

Enjoyable and Refreshing!

Caribbean Salad with Grilled Salmon

A personal favorite of ours, this is a healthy

Caribbean blended salad with fresh Salmon.

And it's amazing how professional chefs say that

you can’t do a red wine with salad nor fish. We

know they were wrong. This dry, yet fruit forward

red wine, is a healthy fan favorite and goes

great with this dish. Cheers~

Ingredients

Preparation and Design

1 bag fresh raw spinach

1 bag spring mixed salad

1 red onion – small

1 red pepper

1 yellow pepper

1 small bag walnuts

1/2 bunch red grapes

2 pilled oranges

1 bag permission cheese

1 cheery tomatoes – small box

1 Lime

4 salmons

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons oil bay seasoning

fat free Italian dressing

Cover Salmon in Olive Oil and sprinkle with Old Bay

Seasoning. Sauté Salmon covered at medium heat.

Thinly slice all vegetables and fruit. Start the beautiful

salad dish by layering the salad in the order of spinach

and spring mix, onion and peppers, orange tidbits,

red grapes, cherry tomatoes, walnuts, and permission

cheese. Pour but do not toss with the Fat Free Italian

Dressing. Remove the Salmon and top on the salad.

Slice 1/2 of the lime and drizzle on the Salmon and

Salad. The other half of the lime can be sliced and

twisted to lay on top of the Salmon. Enjoy!
