1 Lime

1/4 cup
extra virgin olive oil

tablespoons oil bay seasoning
fat free

Cover Salmon in Olive
Oil and sprinkle with Old Bay
Seasoning. Sauté
Salmon covered at medium heat.
Thinly slice all
vegetables and fruit. Start the beautiful
salad dish by
layering the salad in the order of spinach
and spring mix, onion
and peppers, orange tidbits,
red grapes, cherry
tomatoes, walnuts, and permission
cheese. Pour but do
not toss with the Fat Free Italian
Dressing. Remove the
Salmon and top on the salad.
Slice 1/2 of the lime
and drizzle on the Salmon and
Salad. The other half
of the lime can be sliced and
twisted to lay on top of the Salmon.
